Majatalo Morva

Majatalo Morva is named after the close-by hill called Morva. The word Morva in the language of the Lapps means a forest. According to old tales, this area used to be hunting grounds for the Lapp people.
Majatalo Morva is situated in Juokslahti about 12 km from Himos. Morva Inn Provides accommodation for 40 people, there are 12 doubles and one room for five people and one room for six people, each one with ensuite bathrooms. It is also possible to rent a cosy and rustic “Grandma’s Cabin” near-by. The interior design is traditionally down-to-earth Grandma’s style with rugs and second-hand decorations. The cabin is suitable for 1-4 persons.
Morva Inn is a splendid destination for those seeking the great outdoors and tranquil rural environment. Around Morva you will find excellent hiking grounds and tracks, cross-country skiing trails, snowmobile routes, etc. The delicious tavern meals and self-baked fresh bread make your mouth water! Naturally, a hearty breakfast is included. Morva Inn is best reached by a car of your own, there is no public transport.
